Discover Emotional Freedom Technique / Tapping

Malcolm Struthers (Clinical Hypnotherapist and Advanced EFT Practitioner) will demonstrate the power of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also known as tapping – a simple yet effective method to help anyone regain control and achieve balance.
EFT combines ancient acupressure techniques with modern psychology and is a valuable tool for managing habits by helping to address the emotional and psychological factors that contribute to addiction. Malcolm will look at the science and history behind EFT and demonstrate how tapping on specific energy points can help release negativity, promote calm and boost wellbeing – including a chance to try it for yourself.
And much, much more!
