The Mission Zero team with Labour MP Josh Fenton Glynn at Happy Valley Pride's Big Day Out 2024

Mission Zero aims to end new HIV, TB and viral hepatitis transmissions, stop preventable deaths and eliminate associated discrimination and stigma in Calderdale by 2030, as is a proud sponsor of Happy Valley Pride in 2024.

This free one-day conference at Hebden Bridge Town Hall on Thursday 29 November (9.30am - 4pm) will look at the opportunities and challenges we face as part of this mission, and how we can all work together to raise awareness and reduce stigma.

This special event is your chance to learn from experts, connect with like-minded individuals, and gain valuable insights. Don't miss out on this incredible opportunity to be part of our mission for 2030.

The event is open to all and will be of particular interest to those looking to increase their understanding of HIV, TB, and viral hepatitis in a professional capacity (health and social care, education, housing etc).

Mission Zero at Happy Valley Pride 2024

"Mission Zero is a bold initiative to end new transmissions of HIV, TB, and viral hepatitis, prevent avoidable deaths, and eliminate stigma and discrimination across Calderdale by 2030. Our work with partners like Happy Valley Pride has been crucial in encouraging everyone to take control of their health by getting tested. Treatment works, support is available, and by working together, we can achieve these ambitious goals.

We’re thrilled to be hosting a special one-day conference in Hebden Bridge, bringing together inspiring speakers to discuss the challenges and opportunities ahead. Join us to learn from experts, connect with others, and be part of our 2030 mission."
